Opportunities at Capital Allocators
With over 6 million downloads and 60,000 listeners per week, Capital Allocators is a critically acclaimed
podcast focused on institutional investing. Ted Seides launched Capital Allocators in 2017 to explore
best practices in the asset management industry.
Intern - Capital Allocators
Capital Allocators currently has three engaging activities – content, education, and advisory.
Content: The Capital Allocators podcast has a roster of leading institutional investors as guests,
a large, global, loyal, first-rate audience, and revenue sources from sponsorships and premium
memberships in place. We also work with the money management community through our
Manager Meeting episodes as well as privately using the podcast format to tell stories and share
Education: In September 2021 we launched and ran our first cohort of Capital Allocators
University, an online course focused on developing senior investment professionals and sharing
critical non-investment disciplines. We also host private gatherings of Chief Investment Officers
called Capital Allocators Summits.
Advisory: Ted works with both investment managers and allocators assisting with portfolio
construction, risk management and client communication, and serves on investment
committees and advisory boards.
We are looking for a winter and/or summer intern to work with our team on a strategic review of the
business and specific projects focused on our content and education activities. Projects will be identified
based on the person’s experience and interests. Exact timing and duration of the internship are flexible,
and will be fully remote.
